Harry is the Managing Partner of McCombs Properties, and his best childhood memories are from
when his dad and his dads business partner co-bought a home in Rockport. That’s where Harry and his
siblings learned to swim, sail, fish and waterski. But his most heartfelt memories are from when both
families would stay in the house together for a holiday weekend. Loud yes, but so much fun!

Harry later asked his dad about it. His dad said “We really wanted a get-away place on the Gulf.
When I discovered I could get exactly what I wanted for half the price, I went in 50/50 with my business partner.
Best decision we ever made. We alternated weeks and both families got to have a house and boat on the bay.”
