PROPOSAL AT THE PIER

Love is in the air…and in The Reserve at St. Charles Bay! Myles Messana (with a little help from his brother, Mason, and Mason’s girlfriend) ordered a huge poster loaded with pics of Myles and his girlfriend, Maci Smith, with the words Will You Marry Me? on it. He had the poster attached to the bench on the Pier and then he and his girlfriend, Maci Smith, strolled there to take some photos before attending a concert that night in Corpus. When Maci noticed the sign, Myles got down on one knee, brandishing a small jewelry box and asked Maci to be his wife! Mason caught the whole encounter on camera for posterity and future family photo albums.

The view from the end of the Pier is unlimited, with a stunning water vista that stretches for miles suggesting endless possibilities. This made it the perfect spot for Myles to propose that Maci accompany him on their life journey with its unlimited possibilities for happiness and love. Plus they just really like it there!

Myles gets bonus points for keeping it a surprise, for his dashing romantic style, and that gorgeous circle cut diamond ring he had designed from Maci’s Pinterest page. Myles’ parents have a home at The Reserve and Myles and Maci have spent a lot of time there together, but now as the site of their engagement it will always be their special spot. What can we say? Everything, including  romance, flourishes in The Reserve at St. Charles Bay.
