include a private club, rental cabins and a marina. The Reserve at St. Charles
Bay is one of those rare finds- a point location that brings 100 year old Oak
trees, protected waters and open views of one of the most secluded bays on
the Texas Coast.
Billy Joe “Red” McCombs is the founder of the Red McCombs Automotive
Group, a co-founder of Clear Channel Communications, a former owner of
the San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, and the Minnesota Vikings, and the
namesake of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at
Austin. He is a long-standing member of Forbes Magazine’s top 400 richest
Americans and has owned nearly 400 businesses during his career. Hal Jones,
native Texan, was raised in Houston and San Antonio with a love for the
outdoors. He specializes in identifying, entitling and developing exclusive
private communities, from Texas to Colorado.
